Habitación en alquiler en València, La Malva-rosa · 65 m²

Double bedroom in a newly reformed apartment steps away from the University of Valencia and the famous Malvarrosa beach. The room comes with a tall wardrobe, working desk, storage space, ceiling lamp with fan, a window with blinds, a full-length mirror, heating, air conditioning and a double bed. It''s ideal for students, or professionals seeking longer stays. The shared bathroom is spacious: it includes a walk-in shower, LED mirror, hair dryer, storage units, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen incluides an oven, refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. There''s also a nice balcony and a cozy living room with a leather sofa and a big smart TV. Other extras: dining table, Gb Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron etc.. We keep our rents affordable by locating our studios in non-prime residential areas. So the neighborhood might look rough around the edges: some buildings look old, graffiti is common, and the streets can feel messy and noisy. This is not a polished or touristy district: its a working-class area, with minorities and the associated "messy" urban vibe. That said, its safe and well patrolled. If you''re looking for calm surroundings, please don''t book here. This isn''t the place for you. If you value more being a couple of minutes away from the beach, affordability, and amenities, these newly reformed rooms are a solid choice.
