The separate kitchen is designed in a corner layout and is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher, in addition to all the pots, pans, glasses, plates, cutlery, etc.

Through an intermediate hall, you access the 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has 2 single beds, making the apartment suitable for 4 people. The bedroom with the double bed has a built-in wardrobe. From this room, you have direct access to the terrace.

The terrace, also accessible from the living-dining room, faces east, enjoying the morning sun fully. Moreover, there is a large awning that provides the necessary shade.

This apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, fiber optic internet, and mosquito nets on all windows.

Parque Vera 5 is a well-maintained nudist urbanisation, also frequently inhabited by non-nudists. The only condition asked of residents is not to wear swimwear in the pool.
