'CASA TRANQUILIDAD' is a cosy village house in the centre of Periana.

Some 3 steps up, past the front door, take us directly into the living room. It still has the authentic floors and beams. Next to it is the fitted kitchen. Under the stairs is a guest toilet. The house is heated with an electric stove.

On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, each with its own built-in cupboard, as well as a bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bidet, walk-in shower and some cupboard space.

All windows in the house are made of wood and have the typical Andalusian shutters. (Contraventanas).

The stairs lead us further to the top floor where we enter the roof terrace. This is about 25 m² and has a nice view of the lake of Viñuela. Here is also a spacious storage room.

This cosy village house was previously run as a very successful air B&B and can therefore be rented out as a family home as well as a holiday home.
