Old oil mill and house, in the old town of Vélez Málaga, in the surroundings of the Vélez Málaga Museum, MUVEL, and the next building of the Vélez Málaga Conservatory. The mill maintains almost all the original heavy machinery to produce olive oil, today a reconstruction of the building is needed, not totally, but in the part of the mill and in some rooms of the house. The plot on which it is located has 460 square meters and is built on two levels. The building is for total reform, the structure is solid and is generally in good condition and some interior slabs would have to be redone. The main facade, 15 meters long and opens to totally unobstructed views. On the ground floor there is an open space, which is currently used for parking spaces, in the background, separated by a door, is the installation of the old mill. The house is located on the first floor, a large house with very high ceilings and many rooms, very bright, some of the rooms still retain the original hydraulic floors. The cover is in good condition, in the absence of the maintenance of the traditional red paint of yesteryear. In one part of the roof there is a small pool or open cistern. In refurbished conditions, this house is ideal for converting it into a small charming hotel, recovering the mill. It is located in a part of the old Vélez Málaga and at the same time very close to the adjoining fields, which can be enjoyed from the deck.[IW]
