You enter the house via the terrace and find yourself in the open-plan living-dining room with kitchen. A hallway leads to the two bedrooms and the two attractive bathrooms. At the end of the corridor a door leads you to the outside area.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and an exit to the wonderful terrace with sea view.
The ideal place for a sundowner and to unwind. The fireplace in the bedroom conjures up a cosy ambience on cooler days.

Worth mentioning is also the spacious basement where the latest building services are housed, there is space for 2 vehicles, and another bathroom rounds off the perfect space offer.

The entire property has been completely renovated and refurbished by the current owners over the last few years. For example, triple-glazed windows, hot/cold air conditioning, solar panels and a new heat pump have been installed. Central heating with heat pump, with 1000 liters of solar storage and solar panels. The pool was completely re-sealed and re-tiled, a new irrigation system was installed in the garden, a decalcification system and an osmosis filtration system were installed in the house. In addition, all shutters were renewed and fly screens were installed in the bedrooms and the kitchen.

Son Serra de Marina captivates with idyllic tranquillity, numerous green areas and a fantastic beach, which is one of the most beautiful in the whole bay of Alcúdia. The popular towns of Colonia de San Pere and Artá are only a few minutes away by car, as is Can Picafort with a large selection of shopping facilities as well as a long sandy beach.
