Spectacular Masia with Vineyards and Wineries in Mont-Ras in the Baix Empordá a few meters from Calella Beach. We enter the property, through a large iron gate that leads us along a Lavanda path towards a roundabout with a fountain in the center to enter the interior parking for 4 large cars, although it has a lot of land for many vehicles from the entrance to the farm. Next door, in an environment with vegetation, is the main house built in 2013 with almost 700m2 of habitable space on an approximate 7-hectare plot, built by the architect Josep Ferres Marcó. Adjacent, it has a house for the farmers, with an independent entrance, where they have their own full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and a large space with access to the outside to a garden area. We enter the main house through a large wooden door where we find very high ceilings. On the ground floor, 4 double bedrooms are distributed from right to left, each one with its full bathroom and direct access to the garden area that is accessed through large glass doors. Surrounded by fruit trees. In the central part, a living room with a central fireplace, a reading area, a dining room and a summer lounge from where you can access the outside, finding a large porch where a large vine provides shade. To the right a summer lounge. On the left, the 75-meter pool that can be used in summer and winter due to its air conditioning and because side and central windows can be lowered depending on the time of year. Direct exit from inside the house. We access the upper part of the house by an elegant staircase at the entrance of the house where we find the master bedroom, surrounded by large windows that provide plenty of natural light to the room with a fireplace, 2 toilet areas with a bathtub and a shower. It also has an outdoor shower. This farm also has a large dressing room, gym area and a large terrace from where you have an infinite view of fields and vineyards. We also find an attic for multipurpose use. We have access to this first floor through another helical staircase from the pool that leads to the interior area. Leaving the garden towards the end of the pool, we find a passage through which we enter the double-height cellar, fully integrated with the exterior vegetation. Designed by the architect Jorge Vidal who won an award in 2016 for this project. Oriented towards the vineyards we find some very large exit gates to the outside. This incredible farm also has a large dining room with a fireplace for 40 people and toilets. The winery can produce and supply its own consumption, with almost 8,000 bottles a year. For this reason, it has connected buildings for facilities, laboratories, bottling, cold rooms, maceration vats, barrels and bottles at rest.
