Gilmar offers you this beautiful finca situated in the Natural Park of Grazalema, which is characterised by being the entrance to the Pinsapar, a protected autochthonous pine tree exclusive to the area. Benamahoma is famous for being rich in springs, as can be seen in this finca, where there is abundant water with spouts that provide a very pleasant and relaxing sound. The water that flows into the finca is channelled from the village, where the famous "Fuente del Nacimiento" is located.
Another great attraction of the estate is its spectacular scenery. It is surrounded by vegetation, trees and mountains. From the pool/swimming pool there are breathtaking views of "El Torreón", which is the highest peak in the whole province. On the other hand, next to the finca, the famous "Río Majaceite" runs through which there is a well known footpath that connects the villages of El Bosque and Benamahoma. It is perfect for a walk, even with children, as it is not very difficult to do. Eighty percent of the estate, which has almost 18,000 m2 of land, is declared as an orchard.
The finca has two independent constructions, a house for the landlords which consists of a porch, a living-dining room with open plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The main house, which was an old Batán from the 18th century, has been renovated as a house and has also acquired a licence for tourist rental. The current distribution is as follows:
