The apartment is in good condition and consists of 1 bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe, 1 bathroom with a washing machine, a living room-kitchen with a Smart TV, and a cozy terrace with sea views. It is rented fully furnished and equipped as shown in the photos. We also have a video of the property available. Pets are not allowed. Water and electricity expenses are included in the price up to a max. consumption of 100,00 € per month. Internet is not included, but it can be requested from the landlord (extra €50 per month). Security deposit: 1 month's rent. Agency fees: to be discussed depending on the rental period.
