What about Sax? It’s a relatively small town so local people soon start recognising you and both Spanish and ex pats embrace newcomers, and offer help in many areas. There are various Facebook groups where you will benefit from the experience of others making your new life easy to adapt to.
Most famous for its castle, but also the birthplace of Alberto Sols, a famous chemist, successful sports persons, authors, musicians, and the incredible Moros and Christians festival which celebrates their patron saint…. the beloved San Blas.
