We have two outbuildings, one is a large garage which could be an independent casita.

shed for tools and storage.

The main house is entered via the veranda, directly into a new fitted kitchen in galley style with attractive work surface, modern high and low units, integrated oven and microwave.

A door leads to a hallway, to the left we have a large lounge with pellet burner. There is a separate dining area separate by an attractive large arche.

From here there is access to a double bedroom with patio doors to the garden and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.

From the lounge there is also access to an office which could be a single bedroom.

The corridor provides access to two more bedrooms.

The first of which is in fact a double bedroom that leads to another double bedroom. This is used by visitors who have children allowing 4 people to sleep here. There is also yet another ensuite bathroom with shower. Again the bedroom has patio doors to the garden.

At the end of the corridor there is another double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, again with shower, and patio doors this time to the pool area.

So its a large house which can be described as 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, so ideal for having visitors to come and stay.

There is also the garage which could be converted to guest accomodation should you have more than 9 people requiring beds.

The property has mains water and electric and paperwork in order.

What about Sax? It is a relatively small town, so the locals will soon recognise you and both Spaniards and former sponsors will welcome newcomers and offer help in many areas. There are various Facebook groups where you can benefit from the experiences of others, making it easier to adjust to your new life.
It is best known for its castle, but also as the birthplace of Alberto Sols, a famous chemist, successful athletes, authors, musicians and the incredible festival of Moros and Christians celebrating their patron saint.... the beloved San Blas.
I say it's a relatively small place, but Sax has everything you really need. A selection of supermarkets, including Consum with international food, a fantastic fresh fish counter, a wide selection of cheeses, vegetables and charcuterie, as well as the typical products you'd find in any major supermarket chain.
