With facilities in Sant Feliu de Guixols and Platja d ' Aro that are reachable within ten minutes. Beautiful green hinterland and, even a day of skiing or hiking in the Pyrenees (two hours).

In front of the complex is the camino ronda, the hiking route along the coast with the hidden Bay of Cala Ametller where you can practice snorkeling in a quiet environment even in August.
In the immediate vicinity are the most beautiful coves (Cala Ammetller 250 m via fairly steep stairs, Cala Maset 300 m), sand beach (Platja Sant Pol 1 km, 1.5 km Sant Feliu and Sa Conca 3 km), hiking trails and bicycle routes.
There are several golf courses (Golf club Costa Brava, Mas Nou, PGA Golf d'Catalunya), marinas, sailing and water sports venues, the most delicious gourmet and authentic Spanish restaurants, the most interesting towns to visit and strolling and shopping.
Residence Velas has beautifully landscaped gardens, terraces and swimming pools. The complex is South-facing and has the Sun all day. The luxurious ground floor apartment has from the shaded veranda and private patio views of the Bay and the sea. It is adjacent to the collective garden leaving no single threshold to take a refreshing dip in the pool.

Inside you will find a living room with open kitchen, dining table and sitting area. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas hob, combi microwave/hot-air oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
The two double bedrooms have box spring beds of 2.10 m long. Adjacent are two bathrooms with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The third bedroom has a folding bed and work desk and can serve as a work room or sleeping place for a fifth person. The bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning.
The House has WI-FI fiber optic internet and the HD TV has a satellite connection with a wide choice of channels. A washing machine and dryer are not missing.
The apartment is ideal for a week, or a longer period, rent both in high season as in low season. There is plenty to experience in a pleasant climate with over 300 days of sunshine per year, without the scorching heat of south or central Spain. Throughout the year the stores and restaurants in the immediate vicinity are open. Although in high season it can be busy because of its location at the coast once you are within the complex you will enjoy tranquility.
Residence Velas is easily accessible both by plane and by car. The distance from Utrecht is 1,450 km (Brussels 1.300 km, Frankfurt 1.270 km, London 900 km, Paris 975 km, Milan 921 km). Also in the winter, the climate, although a bit more varied is very pleasant. In the period september through april we also recommend a long weekend (3 nights minimum). This property is completely renovated completly and refurbished.
