I'M GOING TO TELL YOU A SHORT STORY ABOUT WHERE THIS MAGNIFICENT VILLA IS LOCATED.

It is located in Almayate, a large town with a great history. In its surroundings there are archaeological settlements that can be enjoyed, the beach of Benajarafe in the heart of the Axarquía, a region that is located on the Costa del Sol Oriental, in the province of Malaga. It is located 12 km from Vélez-Málaga and 20 km from the provincial capital.

The gastronomy that I can tell you magnificent restaurants on the beach and the tranquility is unbeatable.

But we are not going to get so confused, I will describe this spectacular villa, as I told you it is located in the Niza Beach Urbanization.

Completely renovated, it consists of three floors, attached to the main house there are two apartments currently rented for short seasons, fully equipped with a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.

The main house has a small hall, from where all the rooms are accessed.
The living-dining room is spacious and very bright, the open kitchen is fully equipped with a laundry room and pantry.
From the living room we go directly to one of the terraces of the house that is covered making it something wonderful for the nights, since the views are of the pool and gardens of the property.
