To book the property will be necessary the initial payment of one month of deposit (to be returned in legal installments, after having delivered the house to the owner, provided that the status of the same is the same as at the time of delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are met), plus one month of the agency's fees with its corresponding IGIC.
