Exclusive residential complex of 159 semi-detached and detached villas of different typologies of two, three and four bedrooms distributed in seven plots (with their own building license and community) and common areas (amenities) located in Cala Romántica-Manacor. The complex will have communal swimming pools (with relaxation area, sauna, water jets and hydromassage), gymnasium, cinema, gastrobar and social area where you can have a good time with friends, family and neighbours.
In January 2.024 will start the urbanisation works and in the first quarter of 2024 the building works. The first phase will be delivered together with the corresponding urbanisation and common areas in the third quarter of 2025.

Of phase I there will be no semi-detached houses with sea views. Only one of the detached houses will have a terrace with sea views.
