The replotting project is approved and pending registration. The registration forecast, at the latest, will be at the end of January 2026. Next, the bid for the execution of the works will be made and at the moment it is unknown when the work will be carried out. The municipal cost estimate per plot is around €50,000. With regard to building permits, they will be issued again once said replotting is registered in the Property Registry.
