The modern bathroom comes with a shower and all essential amenities, including fresh towels, bed linen, soaps, and cleaning supplies, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Guests have full access to the entire apartment, which offers a welcoming and functional space for both relaxation and daily living.

Located in the vibrant Arganzuela district, the apartment is just a short walk from riverside parks, the historic La Latina area with its famous tapas bars and El Rastro flea market, and cultural spots like the Matadero Madrid. You’ll also find plenty of local restaurants, shops, and nightlife close by, making it a perfect base to explore the authentic spirit of the city.

Public transport connections are excellent, with the Pirámides and Acacias metro stations just a few minutes'' walk away. If arriving from the airport, the Cercanías train offers a direct route to Pirámides station. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator, although there is a short flight of stairs to reach the ground floor. A decibel detector is installed for added comfort.

Accommodation is only available for temporary stays of more than 30 days. It is mandatory to sign a contract after booking and send a document proving the reason for the trip, which must be for work, health, or study purposes (never for tourist purposes). In case of non-compliance, we will cancel the reservation with possible penalties.
