The house has an outside front garden and patio with rosaries and a beautiful fruit tree which provides shade and shelter to birds. On the first level of the house is the kitchen with a chimney, a separate lounge which can be used as a dining room, on this level there is also a room that is currently use as a pantry, which can be transformed in a bathroom or a gym or as a bedroom or as a studio. Next to it there is a large garage, which has enough space for two cars and a workshop area. On the second level of the house there are four bedrooms a bathroom and a large storage area which can be easily transformed in to something else. On the top back of the house there is a green garden which has a lovely view to the mountains. From the bedrooms there is a fabulous view to the surrounding valleys and the Sierra Nevada. Sierra Nevada, which is one and half hour drive from El Higueral. The house has got a great exposure to the sun and is situated in the main square. In the village there was a medical centre, a cultural centre, a pharmacy, a bar and a salon de fiestas. Also there is source of water and is possible to fill up bottles of quality water for free. For those who likes hiking, the area is surrounded by walking path. At about 5 km is situated the National park of the Subbetica, not far away from there is situated the beautiful historical town of Priego de Cordoba
